Process Mining is a new innovative technological development in the area of data and processes that can be excellently used to support the activities of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt. Process Mining enables the Lean Six Sigma expert to perform the required analyses based on all available data. This differs from the current practical situation, where working with data samples is common practise. In addition, through Process Mining it is possible to control processes with help of process data with near real-time or real-time dashboards and analysis.
